Master service terms
Preview draftA structured preview of the terms a bank procurement team will need to review. No commercial or legal term on this page is effective until approved and executed in a final agreement.
Owner and legal verification required before publication
This draft leaves material facts and commitments unresolved. It is not an operative notice, policy or agreement, and it does not claim regulatory or accessibility compliance.
- Approve the MSA, order form, service descriptions and precedence rules.
- Set licence scope, permitted users, ownership and confidentiality language.
- Negotiate warranties, exclusions, liability cap, term, termination and exit.
- Select governing law, forum and dispute-resolution process.
Status and contract formation
This local-preview outline is not an offer, master agreement, order form or amendment. It creates no licence or service commitment. A binding arrangement requires the final documents to be approved by both parties and executed through their authorized representatives.
The final agreement should identify the contracting entities, covered FVI services, deployment model, order period, fees, service scope, support arrangements and the documents that form the complete agreement. None of those commercial selections is completed by this preview.

Data and service documents
The final agreement should identify the applicable data-processing terms, subprocessors, security schedule, support scope and any product-specific restrictions. The DPA and subprocessor register in this preview are not incorporated into an agreement and are not signed commitments.
A customer should rely on the executed agreement, order form and attached schedules that apply to its service. This page does not override or summarize a separate signed contract.
