Platform Overview
Explore FVI's architecture: workspaces, tenants, reconciliation engine, AI Copilot, and governance layers.
FVI is architected for enterprise-scale reconciliation with strict tenant isolation, role-based access, and auditability at every layer.
Multi-Tenant Architecture
Each organization operates within an isolated tenant. Platform administrators can manage multiple tenants (e.g., for different business units or geographies) while maintaining strict data separation. Workspaces further segment work within a tenant.
Reconciliation Engine
The core engine ingests data sources, applies matching rules (tolerance ladders, cascades, NRL), produces matches, and surfaces breaks. Runs are scheduled or on-demand.
AI Copilot
The Copilot answers questions about breaks, proposes resolutions, and summarizes run results. It integrates with the knowledge base and can trigger agentic actions.
Governance & Compliance
End-of-day signoffs, audit log hash-chaining, SOC 2 evidence bundles, DORA compliance, and configurable retention policies ensure enterprise-grade governance.
