Your API token is expired or revoked. Generate a new token in Settings → API Tokens.
INGEST_002 — Column Mapping Failed
The uploaded file doesn't match the expected schema. Re-map columns in the upload wizard.
RECON_003 — No Matching Key
The recon definition's matching key field is missing in one source. Check column names.
