Rows that pass all matching criteria become confirmed matches. Rows that pass fuzzy criteria may become proposed matches requiring human approval.

Manual Matching

Select two unmatched rows and click Link to override the engine's decision. An audit trail records the user and reason.

Approval Workflow

Proposed matches appear in the Approvals queue. Approve or reject with a note. Approved rows become confirmed matches.
